Forza: Carnegie Hall 3ds max, mental ray November 2009
I created this model for Forza Motorsport in 2003. I recently re-rendered it using Mental Ray, adding some interior glow and other lighting details.
It was particularly tricky trying to balance the interior window glow with the sunlight, and make them read well. The sky was another difficult part. I started by just using the Mental Ray Physical Sky, but ended up putting in a gradient, since I was not happy with the colors. Feedback on these elements or on the image in general would be appreciated.
